What we do

PaidForYourData is an independent referral service. We identify companies that may qualify for a data partnership and introduce them to our data partner. We are not the buyer, we do not make offers, and we are not a party to any agreement between your company and our data partner.

No guarantee of an offer

Qualifier results are a preliminary screen only. Whether an offer is made, its amount and its terms are decided solely by our data partner. Figures shown on this site, including the example check, are illustrations and not offers.

Referral fees

We may receive a referral fee from our data partner when an introduction leads to a partnership. This fee is paid by the partner and is never deducted from the amount paid to your company. Using our service costs you nothing.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to discuss these matters on behalf of your company. You are responsible for your own legal, privacy, regulatory and contractual review before entering any agreement.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaidForYourData is not liable for any decision you make, any agreement you enter with a third party, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
