When you use our qualifier, we collect what you enter (your name, role, company, work email, optional phone and website) and your answers about industry, headcount, headquarters, years of records and systems used. We also record basic technical details such as the page you came from, campaign tags in the link, your approximate country and your browser type.
How we use it
- To decide whether your company fits our data partner's criteria.
- To contact you and, if you qualify, introduce your company to our data partner by email.
- To measure which of our ads and outreach work.
Who we share it with
If your company qualifies, we share your contact details and qualifier answers with our data partner so they can evaluate an offer. We use service providers (hosting, email, spreadsheets) to run this process. We never sell your contact details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
Your company's records
We never receive, store or handle your company's business records. Any data partnership is between your company and our data partner, under a written agreement you review and sign.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions for as long as needed to complete an introduction and for our records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
